Last updated: 17 December 2025These Terms of Service govern your use of the JR Data Solutions website. Where you engage JR Data Solutions for consultancy or related services, those services will be governed primarily by a written proposal, statement of work or separate service agreement.
1. About JR Data Solutions
JR Data Solutions provides data consultancy, Power BI development, reporting, automation and related services to organisations in the United Kingdom and, where agreed, internationally.
2. Use of This Website
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or infrastructure
- copy, scrape or reuse content for competing commercial purposes without consent
3. Consultancy & Project Engagements
Consultancy services are normally governed by a written proposal, email confirmation, scope of work or separate agreement. The Service Agreement will usually set out scope of work, deliverables, estimated timelines, fees, rates and payment terms, and client responsibilities.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will take precedence for that engagement.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access required for delivery, ensure you have the right to share any data or materials provided, comply with relevant software and licensing terms, and use deliverables lawfully and responsibly.
5. Fees & Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all consultancy and project work is chargeable. Payment terms will be set out in the relevant Service Agreement or invoice. Late payment may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website — including text, design, structure and code — is owned by JR Data Solutions unless otherwise stated. Deliverables produced for clients will be set out in the relevant Service Agreement, including any IP transfer or licensing terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JR Data Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses arising from use of the website or services. Our liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
